With some companies, once you’ve purchased a dishwasher or glasswasher from them, you never hear from them again, however, here at Thain Commercial, we do not believe that this is good customer service, and we like to do things properly. We offer our clients service plans that provide them with a complete maintenance and servicing solution for all their commercial dishwashers and glasswashers, helping them relax, safe in the knowledge that all their commercial dishwashers are properly looked after and maintained at all times.
Here For You When You Need Us Most
Once you’ve purchased a commercial dishwasher or glasswasher from Thain Commercial, we’ll be in contact with you regularly to keep you updated on the delivery time and installation date for your new dishwasher or glasswasher.
After your commercial dishwasher has been installed, we’ll check with you to make sure you are happy with how the machine is performing and if there are any problems that you have encountered.
All being well at this stage, we’ll let you get on with enjoying and using your new dishwasher or glasswasher, however, if at any time the machine develops a fault, then our excellent team of service engineers are only a call away from visiting your business premises to fix the fault with your machine and get you back up and running again.
If you opted to take out a service plan with us for your new dishwasher or glass washer, then nearer the time that the service is due, we’ll be in touch with you to agree a date and time for our service engineers to visit you to undertake your service. Don’t worry, we won’t spring it on you, we will give you plenty of notice and try our very best to work around the constraints of your business.
