Thain Commercial are Approved Partners with industry leaders Miele Professional and Electrolux Professional. We also work with a number of other leading manufacturers such as, Smeg, Primus and Speed Queen whose brands are known and respected throughout the world. As such, as well as being able to provide our clients with be-spoke advice on the design and layout of their commercial laundry system, including supplying them with the right tumble dryers, washing machines and ironers, we are also able to provide our clients with a complete one-stop shop, for their ongoing maintenance & servicing requirements through the wide variety of service plans we offer, that are designed to meet the needs of their business.
How Thain Commercial Work
Our main service centre is based at our HQ in Cumbernauld and we also have another service centre which is located in Aviemore. We have a team of experienced, trained and highly skilled service & maintenance engineers, who are ready to help our clients, by helping them to maintain and service their commercial tumble dryers, washing machines and ironers.
Our team of service engineers are the largest team of independent commercial laundry maintenance & service engineers anywhere in Scotland. We can provide our clients with routine servicing of their commercial laundry equipment, as well as being on-hand to provide them with maintenance support, in the unlikely event that one of their machines develops a fault or breaks down.
Not a Thain Commercial Customer?
What if I didn’t buy my commercial laundry machines originally from Thain Commercial and they need serviced or maintained? Not a problem, as well as being able to service and maintain Miele & Electrolux commercial laundry machines, we are also able to service & maintain commercial laundry machines from most of the worlds well-known manufacturers, so if you don’t currently have Miele or Electrolux tumble dryers, washing machines or ironers, we can still help.
We have many clients who we initially started working with by taking out a service plan with us for their commercial laundry equipment, even although they did not originally purchase their machines from us. As soon as they started working with us to maintain and service their commercial laundry machines, they found out about our great customer service and saw first-hand how experienced and knowledgeable our service engineers were, so much so, that when they were then looking to renew their commercial laundry machines, we were their first port of call.
