Understand Warranty and Ongoing Cover
Standard warranty terms vary by brand and model. Miele Professional equipment and Electrolux Professional laundry equipment carry two years’ parts-and-labour cover. Electrolux Professional dishwashing equipment and Smeg Professional equipment carry one year’s parts-and-labour cover. Primus and Speed Queen carry two years’ parts and one year’s labour.
Your quotation confirms the cover for the chosen model. Warranty-only and warranty-and-service options are available beyond standard cover. These are separate from the support included in an agreed rental or leasing arrangement.
Budget for the Service Cover You Choose
For purchased or other suitable existing machines, discuss labour-only or parts-and-labour maintenance cover. Plans can support one machine, several machines or multiple sites, with the agreed price fixed for the contract term.
Call-outs, travel and labour are included in the agreed plan, with parts included under parts-and-labour cover. Misuse and consumable items are excluded. Our servicing pages explain the available support.
