Equipment Financing Options
When it comes to financing your commercial laundry & dishwashing equipment purchases, there are a range of options on offer from Thain Commercial.
Outright Purchase
You may choose to purchase your laundry & dishwashing equipment outright and that is, of course, an option we can provide. Thain Commercial are Approved Partners with industry leaders Miele Professional and Electrolux Professional and as such, we ensure that we get our clients the best possible trade discounts when they purchase their new machines direct from us.
All we need is a small deposit when you place your order with us and the final balance, which is only due upon delivery and installation of your chosen machines.
Equipment Rental
In some instances, it may make commercial sense to simply rent* a machine from us. This is a useful option to keep in mind if you think you need a machine for a longer period of time e.g. 5, 6 or 7 years. When you rent a machine, it saves you having to find the initial upfront cost and you can budget for the years ahead. Once the rental period is completed the machine will simply be picked up by our team from your premises, so you don’t even have to worry about how you return it to us.
*Please note that rental agreements are only available on certain models and subject to meeting certain terms & conditions.
Equipment Leasing
You also have the option, should you wish, to enter into a leasing agreement with us. We are FCA approved and we work closely with a 3rd party finance company to provide the finance for our clients. Leasing is an option that many of our customers opt for, typically if they require a machine for 1-3 years.
In many circumstances, our customers take up the ‘option to buy’ on the machines that they lease from us at the end of their lease period, such is the quality and durability of the brands that we offer. This usually involves an additional payment from the client to us and then the machine is their own.
Care Packages
All new purchases from Thain Commercial are automatically covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers all parts and labour costs, in the event that anything goes wrong with your machine.
In addition to this, customers can also take out an extended service & maintenance package from us. This comprehensive care package will ensure that your machines are serviced at the right intervals and will also give you piece of mind that should anything go wrong with your machine that all your parts and labour costs will be covered. These extended warranties can if you wish cover your purchase for an additional 5 years.
Service & Maintenance Plans
We provide fully maintained service contracts from as little as £492* per annum. Our service & maintenance contracts are flexible and allow you to cover one or multiple machines (even if you did not originally purchase them from us) as well as allowing you to choose whether you want a 'labour' or a 'parts & labour' service plan*.

Inflation Busting Service Plans
Our Servicing & Maintenance Contracts are 'Inflation Busters'. That means that even if there is a rise in inflation, our servicing & maintenance contracts stay the same for the duration of your contract with us, so no nasty surprises for you to budget for!

The leisure facility is generating hundreds of towels per day so we needed to be able to handle that volume.
