All products purchased through Thain Commercial come with a parts and labour warranty that gives you peace of mind in your investment. Our service teams cover the whole of the country and are accredited by the manufacturer to carry out even the most complex of maintenance.
Miele Professional and Electrolux Professional products enjoy an industry-leading two-year parts and labour warranty, with all other products benefiting from a one-year parts and labour warranty.
All warranties can be extended by up to five years with our very own manufacturer approved care plans – which can include planned preventative maintenance (PPM) calls each year.
