Once you’ve purchased a commercial dishwasher or glasswasher from Thain Commercial, we’ll be in contact with you regularly to keep you updated on the delivery time and installation date for your new dishwasher or glasswasher.
After your commercial dishwasher has been installed, we’ll check with you to make sure you are happy with how the machine is performing and if there are any problems that you have encountered.
All being well at this stage, we’ll let you get on with enjoying and using your new dishwasher or glasswasher, however, if at any time the machine develops a fault, then our excellent team of service engineers are only a call away from visiting your business premises to fix the fault with your machine and get you back up and running again.
If you opted to take out a service plan with us for your new dishwasher or glass washer, then nearer the time that the service is due, we’ll be in touch with you to agree a date and time for our service engineers to visit you to undertake your service. Don’t worry, we won’t spring it on you, we will give you plenty of notice and try our very best to work around the constraints of your business.

Our skilled engineers can quickly identify faults and carry out routine servicing to keep your dishwashers and glasswashers operating efficiently.
We provide service plans for clients who purchased from us, as well as for those using equipment from other suppliers. Our team is trained to service and maintain most well-known brands of commercial dishwashing machines.
Service contracts start from just £492* per year and are flexible enough to cover one or multiple machines, regardless of the supplier. Plans are available as labour-only or parts-and-labour options.
