Working Closely with Clients
There are so many makes and models of commercial washing machines on the market that it can be confusing as to where to start when you’re considering purchasing new equipment. One way that Thain Commercial can help, is that we appoint a dedicated account manager to work closely with you to find out exactly what you’re looking to achieve for your commercial dishwashing system and then advise you on the products that are available that meet your needs.
We will provide you with a detailed, fully-costed proposal that will also include a plan of your proposed dishwasher system layout, helping you to maximise the space available to you at your business premises. We may for example demonstrate how a stacked system could be more beneficial for your business, as they can be housed in a space of approximately 1 m2.
Once the final version of the plan is signed off, we will communicate with you regularly regarding when your machines will be available for installation and work with you to get a date and time that suits the needs of your business and instal your new machines.
