Two Year Parts and Labour Warranty Included
All new Miele Professional products purchased from Thain Commercial include a two year parts and labour warranty.
We’re confident in the products we recommend and back up every installation with our dedicated service department. Should a fault develop, we can arrange a service call by one of our qualified technicians to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue.
Our new product warranty covers all core components of the equipment as well as the installation itself. Where an issue develops that is out with warranty cover, such as on a consumable or wear part, we can offer advice on replacements.
We also offer an extended warranty product, which can extend the support for the equipment by up to five years. These extended care plans can also include annual on-site servicing as part of our planned preventative maintenance programme.

This may be in the form of engineering support if in the unlikely event it is a technical fault that our maintenance and service engineers cannot fix, but it could also relate to dealer support and guarantees that Mile provides that our clients benefit from and it means that if your machine requires to be replaced then a new machine will be winging its way over to you from the factory in Germany as soon as possible.

I was impressed with the level of research and detail that Thain Commercial provided for the project, working with our Guest Services Manager, on the development side and liaising with the architects. They advised on the plan, piping and all aspects of the operation. What is pleasing is that Thain Commercial do not try to sell something which is over-capacity, in order to increase margins. Instead, they have been thoughtful of our business needs and respectful of our timescales in terms of pushing things forward.
