Thain Commercial are delighted to be partnering Primus from our HQ in Cumbernauld as their Scottish Partner. Primus have developed state of the art machines that combine great technological advancements with stylish designs.
Primus are part of the Alliance Laundry Systems network and as such can draw down resources and expertise from the world´s largest commercial laundry manufacturer. With more than $300 million pumped into research & development, Alliance is pushing the boundaries of technology all the time and as such it is a real benefit for Primus to being part of this global network.
Two Year Parts and One Year Labour Warranty Included
All new Primus products purchased from Thain Commercial include a two year parts and one year labour warranty.
We’re confident in the products we recommend and back up every installation with our dedicated service department. Should a fault develop, we can arrange a service call by one of our qualified technicians to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue.
Our new product warranty covers all core components of the equipment as well as the installation itself. Where an issue develops that is out with warranty cover, such as on a consumable or wear part, we can offer advice on replacements.
We also offer an extended warranty product, which can extend the support for the equipment by up to five years. These extended care plans can also include annual on-site servicing as part of our planned preventative maintenance programme.
The Primus Range
Primus are delighted to offer to the market a range of commercial laundry equipment, such as; washing machines, tumble dryers, flatwork ironers, finishing equipment and drying cabinets.
- Washing Machines – The Primus range of washing machines extend from 6.5Kg to 180Kg capacity loads, capable of being deployed in a small business or a larger environment such as a hospital.
- Tumble Dryers – The Primus range of tumble dryers have load capacities ranging from 6Kg all the way up to 90 Kg
- Flatwork Ironers – The range of flatwork ironers available from Primus covers a diameter roll size of 250mm all the way up to 800mm and a roller length from 1000mm all the way up to 3500mm
- Finishing Equipment – Primus offers a range of equipment including pneumatic presses, electrically heater ironing and vacuuming tables, spotting tables, air operated presses, steam boilers and universal form finishers
- Drying Cabinets – The range of Primus drying cabinets extend from 4Kg to 20 Kg load capacities and drying capacities from 17G/Min all the way up to 81G/min
