The vented electric dryer combines a 135 litre drum with a stainless steel door and front panel. Moisture Balance controls the drying endpoint to help prevent over-drying and protect textiles, while the customisable 4.3-inch UniVibe touchscreen provides clear access to the required programmes. Electrolux identifies the Wascator FOM71 CLS washer as a pairing for a complete textile test system.
Its rated capacity is 9.0 kg at a filling factor of 1:15, 7.5 kg at 1:18, 6.1 kg at 1:22 or 5.4 kg at 1:25. The appropriate loading depends on the test procedure and required drum space. This laboratory model uses a 220-240V single-phase supply; full connection requirements are provided in its dedicated specification sheet.
